Coming from Downtown:

1. Head west toward the bay where the convention center, The “Midway”, and the tall ship “Star of India” are located.
2. Turn right at N Harbor Dr and go about 4 miles, you will pass the airport.
3. Turn Left on Scott St. and  go 1/3 of a mile.
4. Go to the next stop light; turn left on Shelter Island Dr.
5. See the directions below starting at #4

Coming from La Jolla or Mission Valley:

1. Head South on interstate 5 OR West on interstate 8 to where they both meet.
2. Take the Rosecrans Exit, be careful it’s a tricky exit.
3. Go 2.5 miles, Turn left on Shelter Island Dr.
4. Go ½ mile, you will see a traffic circle, bear right.
5. Go 1/4 mile and pull into the parking lot on the left side just passed the Silver Gate Yacht Club. (There is a group of palm trees in the parking lot entrance)
6. Continue down the parking lot 100 yards until you see the “Best Western” sign across the street and down low. Park in the lot anywhere, IT’S FREE.
7. Walk down the breezeway to the right of the hotels reception entrance.
8. Have a seat at the bench next to the sign “Shelter Island Marina” We will meet you there.
